MY LEI (Pooja Enterprises)

Effective Date: 5th September 2025

1. Consent & Authority

The applicant gives all rights to Pooja Enterprises to apply for LEI codes on the client’s behalf. In addition, they are authorized to sign the RapidLEI Terms of Service contract published here, and they can perform all duties required to manage the LEI on our behalf.

The applicant confirms that he/she has the full authority to apply for Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI) on behalf of the Legal Entity.


2. Data Collection & Processing

You authorize us to collect your legal entity data, supporting documentation, and consent forms. These will be shared with RapidLEI for validation, issuance, and management of your LEI under GLEIF standards.


3. Agreement Method

The applicant is aware that he/she may be contacted to supply a Letter of Authorization (Power of Attorney) or any other proof that the applicant is authorized to apply for Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI) on behalf of the legal entity.

Note: For Indian clients, a physically signed Letter of Authorization (LoA) is required as per local legal standards. This must be uploaded or submitted prior to LEI issuance.


4. Use of LEI

Once issued, the LEI remains publicly available on the GLEIF database and is valid as per the term selected (1, 2, or 3 years). Renewals must be initiated before expiration to maintain active status.


5. Refund Policy

All refund handling is subject to the GLEIF RA Governance Framework. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only if the application is rejected or cancelled prior to validation by the LOU.


6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client. LEI issuance is subject to validation by RapidLEI and compliance with GLEIF standards.


7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or its formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Each party irrevocably agrees thatthe courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
