MY LEI (Pooja Enterprises)

1. Consent, Authority & Right to Sign RapidLEI Terms
The applicant hereby grants full rights and authority to Pooja Enterprises (MyLEI) to apply for, manage, renew, and maintain Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI) on the client’s behalf. The applicant explicitly authorizes MyLEI to agree to, accept, and sign the RapidLEI Terms of Service published at: https://rapidlei.com/documents/global-lei-system-terms/ on behalf of the applicant and the legal entity. The applicant confirms full legal authority to bind the legal entity and delegate these rights.
2. Data Collection & Processing
The applicant authorizes MyLEI to collect, process, store, and share legal entity data, supporting documents, and consent forms with RapidLEI for LEI validation, issuance, renewal, and management under GLEIF standards.
3. Agreement Method & Proof of Authorization
The applicant may be required to provide a Letter of Authorization (LoA), Power of Attorney, or other proof of authority. For Indian clients, a physically signed LoA is mandatory and must be submitted prior to LEI issuance.
4. Use and Validity of LEI
Once issued, the LEI will be publicly available on the GLEIF database. The LEI remains valid for the selected term (1, 2, or 3 years). Renewal must be completed before expiry to maintain active status.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the GLEIF RA Governance Framework. Refunds are applicable only if the application is rejected or cancelled before validation by the LOU. No refunds apply once validation has started.

MyLEI is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client information. LEI issuance is subject to RapidLEI validation and GLEIF compliance.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
